Distancia a Villa Olímpica: 20.5 kms – Transportes públicos: autobuses. - Uso durante los Juegos de la XIX Olimpiada: entrenamientos de natación. Dicha instalación ubicada en ela Sala de Armas, tiene muros de tabique aparente com columnas de concreto y un techo de plástico translúcido que produce durante el día una visibilidad perfecta. Sus dimensiones son olímpicas: 50 m. De largo por 21 m.de ancho por 1.90 m. de profundidad y ocho carriles. Está provista de vestidores para ambos sexos, sanitarios, regaderas, sala de masaje, etc. Su estacionamiento es para 200 automóviles.”
